DRIVER'S CLASS 1 (classroom theory portion)


Driver’s Class 1 training will give you the essential skills and knowledge to successfully complete the Class 1 Learners license exam. After receiving your class 1 learners license you will have 33 hours (Including the road test) of practical experience with a licensed instructor. This is usually done in two hour sessions each day.

Prerequisites:

· Must be 19 years of age.

· Hold a valid Class 5 or Class 6, or an out of province equivalent.

· Have an acceptable driving record according to ICBC policies (driver’s abstract).

· Meet the required medical standards.

· Have no outstanding fines or debts owed to the court, the government or ICBC including arrears with the B.C. Family Maintenance Enforcement Program.

 

All ICBC and other fees are not included in the course cost.
