Driver's Class 1 Training


Driver’s Class 1 training will give you the essential skills and knowledge to successfully complete the Class 1 Learners license exam. After receiving your class 1 learners license you will have 33 hours (Including the road test) of practical experience with a licensed instructor. This is usually done in two hour sessions each day.

Prerequisites:

· Must be 19 years of age.

· Hold a valid Class 5 or Class 6, or an out of province equivalent.

· Have an acceptable driving record according to ICBC policies (driver’s abstract).

· Meet the required medical standards.

· Have no outstanding fines or debts owed to the court, the government or ICBC including arrears with the B.C. Family Maintenance Enforcement Program. A copy of your drivers extract is required at time of enrolment and payment for this class.

All ICBC and other fees are not included in the course cost.
